American Idol also rans tend to spend a few years doing the county fair circuit, doing their best to maintain the appealling fascade that they wore on the show.

Canada’s Idol does it’s best to copy the American show,  but has had some exceptions.  One of these respectable young gentlemen finished third on the show.  You can’t see his face.

After making it to the final three in 2004, Jacob asked his fans NOT to vote for him.
