Last week saw the beginning of another chapter in the Whitney Houston Story.  The singer made her first public appearance since she ended her relationship with husband Bobby Brown and entered a drug treatment program.  The former and possibly future diva was shown MUCH love at a charity gala.  A former American Idol contestant was performing at the function and upon hearing of Houston’s presence, she decided to sing one of her signature songs.
