I think of all the characters on The Simpsons, Moe is my favorite. He is a transparent enigma. Sometimes he is a transparent GIF, but I am avoiding copyright infringement as much as is humanly possible. Moe’s heritage is disputed, although I think maybe he had Italian parents who lived in Libya. Or Libyan parents who lived in Italy. They aren’t actually that far apart from one another.
