I have not even taken the time to consider whether or not I have grounds to sue the creator of Borat.

I have never seen the movie Batman either. I am just not one to follow the crowd.

I am always cautious about labelling any particular individual or group as litigious, for fear of being sued.

I am surprised at how some people claim to be very tired and fed up with the Borat thing. I haven’t actually even seen the film. I am waiting until I can buy a pirated DVD from a gypsy (just kidding, I have the utmost respect for copyright laws).
