When I was researching for a review that I did of an alternative energy company, I was shocked to learn about the inefficiency of the delivery of residential electricity. I have been thinking about some different ways to use my gas stove more and my electric appliances less. Using a stove top espresso maker must be more energy efficient than using an electric coffee maker. Add to that the fact that they make a really cool noise and the coffee tastes better.
