Gossip Girls
The new show from the creators of the OC, Gossip Girl, was once destined to be a feature movie starring Lindsay Lohan. I hate to sound like a gossip, but I have heard that she is hard to work with. When the original plans went awry, the OC’s executive producer was approached with the idea of creating a television series around the popular book series.
Episodes of this guilty pleasure air on CW at 9 p.m. EST on Wednesdays.

All the really HOT celebrities are blinging their phones up with lead crystals. This is a California thing. Another California thing is legislating the bejeezus out of every aspect of human existence. So at the bottom of a page full of b-listers nuzzling up to their shimmery cell phones, we have the following words…

Tabloids are Stupid…
I am basing this harsh judgment on the fact that whenever a woman buys baby clothes, the tabloids assume that they are pregnant. That is analogous to assuming that every guy who goes out and buys condoms is going to have sex before the expiry date on the condom box. It is analogous to assuming that everybody who is on the internet looks at pr0n. I guess you can assume that if someone buys baby clothes that a baby does exist or will exist in the future. I did know a lady who bought baby clothes to give to her unpregnant daughter-in-law.
Oh, Nicole Kidman bought a bunch of baby clothes.
Where are all the Pregnant Celebrities?
I would appear that we are experiencing an extreme lull in the celebrity pregnancy department. I guess there is Julia Roberts. Meh.
Adoption is where it’s at these days and all the young starlets are avoiding pregnancy while their publicists decide whether a third world adoption is the right move for them. You know what would really make headlines? What about if some third world parents adopted Dakota Fanning? That would stir some controversy.
Pictured is Nicole Richie. She is doing what is called simulated pregnancy. It is reportedly usually done using pillows.
Jennifer Lopez Spinach Diet
A Jennifer Lopez quote:
“Since my doctor recommended it I’ve been on spinach omelettes for breakfast, spinach salad for lunch and sautéed spinach with every dinner.“I guess if the spinach doesn’t help me conceive I’ll still end up with Popeye-sized muscles.”
Spinach is high in folic acid and iron, which are said to help improve the chances of conception. I think there might be a secret among her staff involving never telling her that she has spinach stuck in her teeth. I will keep an eye out for a picture…it would be wrong to just fake one.
Update: J Lo pregnancy rumors abound, but nothing confirmed yet.

Yes, inbetween bouts of incarceration, rehabilitation and inebriation, Pete Doherty actually managed a little bit of procreation. Kate Moss and Pete Doherty each have a child from previous relationships, so the fetus probably won’t function as a wake up call.

Brad Pitt`s parents reportedly flew to Namibia last week to get their first glimpse of their new granddaughter.
Bill and Jane Pitt have may have joined their son, Angelina Jolie, their new baby, Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt and their two adopted children at the Burning Shore Lodge Resort.
